In the first and second methodologies of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), trainees have access to an accelerated learning approach that enables them to implement all production and manufacturing standards. This is achieved through understanding the standard requirements of the GMP system, technical specifications, and how to monitor them in industrial facilities. This course will also enable trainees to assess consumer requirements and clearly commit to fulfilling them. This approach will benefit all those working in the production and manufacturing sector by developing their skills to achieve the highest possible quality manufacturing standards, in accordance with approved standards, and to develop industrial technicians and engineers.
General Objective of the Training Program
To enable trainees to clearly apply and understand the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices, technical specifications, and monitoring, and to acquire the necessary skills for application according to international quality standards, resulting in outstanding outputs.
Detailed Objectives of the Training Program
1- To familiarize trainees with the approved standards for Good Manufacturing Practices, technical specifications, and their monitoring.
2- To enable trainees to understand the terminology of Good Manufacturing Practices and the principles related to them. 3. The trainee should be able to understand and apply the standards and principles necessary to meet technical and professional requirements in the field of industry and production, and their importance.
4. The trainee should know how to monitor the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system and the monitoring standards for evaluation.
5. The trainee should be proficient in GMP techniques in industrial facilities.
6. The trainee should be familiar with the methods used for cleaning and disinfection in all departments of the facility.
7. The trainee should be familiar with the methods of industrial safety inspection and troubleshooting related problems.
8. The trainee should be familiar with ISO 22000 and HACCP systems and their relationship to occupational health and safety.
9. The trainee should be familiar with the legal and regulatory requirements specific to manufacturing and production.
10. The trainee should be familiar with the international standards followed and how to apply them through technical requirements.
11. The trainee should understand the relationship between technical requirements and their application with other technical and professional fields. 12. The trainee should learn the importance of implementing pest control in technical departments and industrial facilities.
13. The trainee should be familiar with the building and facility requirements in industrial facilities.
14. The trainee should know how to plan internal layouts, understand waste flow, and identify waste.
15. The trainee should know the difference between physical, chemical, and biological manufacturing hazards.
