This course will provide trainees with an accelerated learning approach to enable them to implement all food safety standards by understanding the requirements of the ISO 22000 standard. This course will also enable trainees to clearly assess consumer requirements and commit to fulfilling them. This approach will benefit all food safety professionals by developing their skills to achieve the highest possible quality in food manufacturing, adhering to approved standards.
The overall objective of the training program:
To enable trainees to clearly apply and understand food safety principles and acquire the necessary skills for their implementation.
The specific objectives of the training program:
1- To familiarize trainees with the ISO 22000 food safety management standards.
2- To enable trainees to understand safety terminology and related principles > Overview of the ISO 22000 food safety system.
3- To enable trainees to understand and apply the standards and principles necessary for achieving food safety > General specifications for food safety management.
4- To enable trainees to understand how to perform Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), a crucial principle in food safety > Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in Food Safety Management.
