This will be achieved through understanding the standard requirements of the HACCP system. The course will also enable trainees to assess and manage critical control points according to the approved criteria and ensure their clear adherence. This approach will benefit all food safety professionals by developing their skills to achieve the highest possible quality in food manufacturing, meeting the approved standards.
