This ISO 17025 Testing and Calibration Laboratories course introduces participants to the general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, as well as the main and sub-clauses of the ISO 17025 Laboratory Management System standard. The course provides an opportunity to develop the necessary expertise to support laboratories in meeting the requirements of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard and to gain a comprehensive understanding of best practices in laboratory management systems for conformity assessment and international recognition and accreditation.

The standard contains two sets of requirements: administrative and technical. The administrative requirements relate to the quality of the management system, while the technical requirements relate to the competence of the analytical staff, analytical methods, equipment used, methods for quality control, reporting, and other related aspects.

The overall objective of the training program:

To provide training that conforms to international standards, enabling laboratories to implement a quality management system aimed at improving their ability to produce verifiable results. The course also aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and tools to implement the ISO 17025 standard.

- To familiarize participants with risk management and quality control diagrams.
